IT’S ALL GOOD TO BE HEALTHY
These days, most of us spend the majority of our days sitting… and it’s not natural.
Taking a 1 min break every 30-60 minutes improves concentration, posture, flexibility, balance, strength, eyesight, circulation… the list goes on.
The strange thing is, it seems socially acceptable to take a work break to smoke cigarettes, and yet you don’t see people doing quick exercises to improve their well-being (and as it happens, their productivity). Lets change that!
